We offer delivery to the United States, Canada, Australia,. If you are in one of these areas, we are happy to deliver directly to your doorstep.
Handling Process:
Time: When ordering a kit from us, please allow 1-5 business days for us to fulfill your order. Typically, it only takes us 1-2 days to fulfill an order, but when demand is high, our small team may take longer.
Duties and Taxes
1: When packages are shipped internationally, they may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or fees levied by the destination country. This applies to some countries only and depends on the laws of your country of residence.
2: These fees are the responsibility of the buyer as we only charge for the shipping of the order.

5: If a product is seized by customs and destroyed, or returned to our warehouse, we will not be responsible for damages, product or shipping refunds. If the buyer wishes to make a second delivery attempt after returning the product to joyscraft, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
